opendirector consumes 50% CPU and automountd 15...

I have latest MacBookPro and MacOS 10.12.6.

 

When I type anything in the shell iTerm2/zsh/oh-my-zsh system responses very slowly due to the high CPU usage caused by `opendirector` and `automountd`.

 

When I am trying to open any file with Vim, `opendirector` behaves the same - consumes up to 50% CPU, `automountd` consumes up to 15%. It slows down responsivness very much.

 

I saw an old issue about broken links in DropBox, but this is not my case. What can be done about it? What are those services and how this issue can be solved?
