Unauthorized charges on my bank card

I have 2 unauthorized charges on my check card for I-Tunes I never purchased...in fact I use Pandora because it's free! I looked at my apple account summary & have NO I-Tunes listed....but the 2 charges are as follows:

APL* ITUNES.COM/BI 09-30 (both showed on my bank statement online on same day)...1 charge for $17.06 & 1 for $19.19!


I will not pay for I-Tunes I have not purchased! I am changing my password on my phone & will report this to my back...funny that Apple is a billion dollar company and this keeps happening to people...with no reply from an Apple representative and no recourse or money recovery offered from a company that is all about making people happy! Seriously???? NOT COOL!



We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you are not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.

 

If nothing shows on your iTunes account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store

then that implies that somebody else has your credit card number, in which case contact your card issuer.

 

If is on your account(s) and you, nor anybody else who has access to your account or devices made them, then contact iTunes Support : https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/



HEllO I'm not certain on how to get in contact with whomever but I have a $12.73 charge on my account

We can't, we are fellow users, not iTunes Support. The purchase shows on your (or, if applicable, a family share member') iTunes account's purchase history ? If it does, change the account's password if you haven't already done so, and contact iTunes Support ; if it doesn't, and if it's not a temporary store holding charge, contact the card issuer.



I have the same issue but it's monthly. It's only about 1 dollar but my bank card is not associated with any purchases from iTunes, everything I have downloaded is free. This is the second time that the charge has appeared. I've checked my purchases and nothing has been bought. I just want it to stop charging me for nothing.
