Not getting achievements on Apple Watch

After updating to watchOS 4 i’m no longer getting the medal for most days active (is states under the medal that the last time achieved was on the 19th of September with 484 days and that my current streak is 488 days) or getting reminders to stand if I haven’t already. I’m using the original Apple Watch and have already tried turning the watch and iPhone off, an unpairing and repairing the Watch itself.

Does anyone know what to do? I haven’t been able to find anything about this online.
