macbookpro stuck on grey screen with aplenlogo ...

Mid 2012 macbook pro , ive downloaded the latest version of sierra.

I have already tried twice to reinstall the software using recovery mode, but still i have the same problem after downloding again

Boot into Safe Mode and run the installer from there.

SafeBoot  https://support.apple.com/kb/PH18760?locale=en_US

You can find the installer sitting in your Applications folder: Install macOS Sierra.app

If no luck Boot into Recovery and first run DiskUtility>FirstAid>  on your Macintosh HD

If errors are reported or repaired, run it again until no errors are reported.

About macOS Recovery - Apple Support

if you see the Apple logo, your drive was able to produce the first "blob" of software from a known location.

The next step involves loading a whole lot of files by name, so the File System is initialized, and it attempts to Mount the boot drive to access files by name. If the drive is damaged, it cannot be mounted, so the boot software does one pass of Disk Repair, which can add five minutes to the boot-up time. If you are patient, it will get to a decision point when the repair pass completes:

--- if the drive can be mounted, boot-up proceeds.

--- if the drive can NOT be mounted, boot-up cannot continue, so your Mac will do an uncontrolled power off.

You can use Recovery to do multiple passes of Repair Disk, until the drive comes clean or gets stuck.

Safe Mode ALWAYS does a Disk Repair pass as it starts up, so it takes five minutes or so longer. You will need your username and password to log in, even if you normally auto-login. Defaults are assumed for almost everything, and only a few Apple-only extensions are loaded -- accelerated screen drivers are NOT loaded, so screen redraw will be wonky and slow. Any settings you change will "stick" after reboot into normal mode.
