Apps section in iTunes gone?

In iTunes for MacBook, I cant seem to find the tab for "Applications" anymore. It's just music, TV Shows, Movies, Podcasts, and Audiobooks. Has iTunes removed the App store from iTunes on PC's and laptops?

Apps and Ringtones are gone in version 12.7

You use the device's App Store to manage your apps.
