My MacBookPro 15" model 2014 which  is jus...

My MacBookPro 15" model 2014 which  is just more than 3 years old and has 2 times exploded. First time is just 10 months  months after buying. 

The second time explode is today. So crazy and scared. 

What can I do now?? Why the quality of Apple charge like this?? Someone from Apple could explain for me...what happen if this explode could hurt me or my family? Can I have new one from apple?? And how to solve it in future. I'm from Germany.

What part has exploded? I see nothing on the photo that shows signs of an explosion?

The charger, not the MacBook.

It burned with stinky smell and now the charger can't work anymore.

It happens once ago with first charger. Then apple sent me this one but now done!

Feel really disappointed.
