Strange boot time, please help

Hello,

I have two iMacs '27. One at work, which is mid 2013, 1 TB hdd, 16 GB RAM.
One at home, which is late 2015, 5K, 1 TB Fusion, 16 GB Ram, 3.2 GHZ i5

Both runs Sierra. The one at work has a lot of apps installed, xcode etc...

The one at home is just installed as clean.

So, for me it's not clear, why work Mac boots for 7-9 seconds, but 5K Retina (my home Mac) boots for 25 seconds.

Even my MacBook, which is 2012 boots for 12 seconds.

I've always thinks that modern Mac should work faster, since there're new hardware or so.

May be i've misconfigured something?
