iphone 5s photos backup via cloud cant get on t...

I had an iPhone 5s and had backed up the photos via cloud before getting my 6s When I powered up my 6s for whatever reason I said no to restoring my photos from my old phone thinking I would do it later 6 months later and now I can't figure out how to get my photos on to my new phone does anyone know how to? PLEASE help
