Where do I post a complement to Apple?

My Apple Watch absolutely saved my life last Sunday! I would like to post a thank you to Apple and don't know where to go.

 

Last Sunday I started feeling funny and could not tell exactly what was going on. On a hunch due to some unfamiliar chest pressure I started monitoring my pulse on my Apple Watch. My heart beat was bouncing from 120 to 180 to 150 and on. At first I thought my watch was malfunctioning so I tried to take my pulse by hand. I absolutely could not get a manual count as my pulse was so rapid and erratic. I lied down for a couple hours still not understanding what was going on in my body. I continued to monitor my watch and when the heart beat continued at a very high level I decided to drive to the Arkansas Heart Hospital Emergency Room in Little Rock. I walked in and went to the service window and when asked what was going on I told them that my Apple Watch had been registering my heart beat in the 120-180 range for the last couple of hours. They immediately through me on a gurney and within minutes had me hooked up to a number of machines, injected me with something and had a drip going. Long story short my heart had gone into AFib. Without the watch I would have tried to wait it out subjecting myself to a high risk of a heart attach, stroke and even death. It took 9 hours to bring my heart in rhythm and get my heart beats down to the 70s. I spent the night and was released last night.

 

Thank you Apple and thank you Arkansas Heart Hospital for recognizing the quality of what the Apple watch does and not questioning the watch output for even a second. Thanks again, I will never buy anything other than Apple !!!

 

PS: This is all verifiable by simply contacting the Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock. Hopefully somebody at Apple reads this and knows that their products actually save lives!
