adding files to ipad apps on updated itunes

I have an app called ComicFlow where I can move files from my computer onto the app via itunes.  Now with the new itunes update, apps are no longer an option on the right hand side when the ipad is connected to itunes.  They are saying that we have to manage apps through the app store but this is adding files to the app.  How is that going to happen now?  How can I add files now?  Any help would be appreciated.

Select your device. In the Sidebar, under On Your Device, Select File Sharing. On the main screen you should see a list of apps that you can add files to via drag and drop.
