I use iPads as kiosks in my store. All day they are connected to our private WiFi network but every night the lose connection to the WiFi and won't automatically reconnect to my WiFi network. We have to manually reconnect them to the network every morning, which is a pain because they are enclosed in protective cases. How do we get them to say connected to the our WiFi network?? Thank you.

Check your setting and make sure "Ask to Join Networks" is turned on.

Additional things to try.

Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

Change the channel on your wireless router. Instructions at https://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
