Run 3 external displays from 15" MacBook Pro w/...

I have a 2016 15" MacBook Pro w/ TouchBar and currently use it closed with twoLG 5K displays connected to it. I know that it can power these two external displays as well as the built-in display.

My question is can I run a 3rd monitor (not a 5k, but the smaller 4k) from the machine without using the built-in display?

I don't remember if the graphics card was upgradeable or not on this model, but just in case it was I know I upgraded it and it has a Radeon Pro 460 4096 MB graphics card in it.
