Benefits of buying Mac in store vs online?

What are the benefits of buying a MacbookPro in the store vs online?

The price will generally be the same but in the event you don't like it or for some reason want to return it, I think a store purchase is easier.   If you live in the UK or Eu the return situation is better than Apple's basic terms of 14 days.   Here in the UK you can do the same in 28days.

In the US, the single benefit I see is, "you get it today."

The downside is that more unusual custom configurations may not be in stock, and that you cannot buy from the online refurbished store and get delivery in a bricks and mortar store.

The only benefit to buying online is you can customize your laptop.

Increase the memory if buying a 13", choose a bigger SSD, etc.
