Mac Display Problem

Hi I have MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), since yesterday it started showing some weird "frozen" displays.

It basically shows previous appication screens but with visibility of around 10-15% (barely visible).

See attached picture.

Tried restarting (attached picture is taken straight after logon).

Anyone experienced anything like it ? I'm guessing hardware issue ?
