Recovery of old version of Whatsapp backup file

I would like to know whether it's possible to recover an old version of a Whatsapp backup file. I have put my unlocked iPhone in my pocket and I accidentally deleted a whole conversation with my brother, including some very important files. I noticed it at 15:12, when I checked the last backup time was 15:10. I tried to delete and reinstall the app to restore the files, but the new version was already updated with the empty conversation.

You may have to consider using third-party recovery software to recover the conversations if they're that important to you.  Perform a search on the internet, as I did, and you'll find some.
