iTunes 12.7 Update Problem

Hello.I have Windows 10 64 bit on my PC.While updating my iTunes 12.6 to 12.7 via Apple Software Update,while in installing process ,I get an error like this:

"Errors occurred while installing the update".When I try to install it manually,I can't open iTunes 12.7.I get an error which says "The application was unable to start correctly.0xc0000142."How can I solve this problem?
