iTunes does not let me backup my iPhone

Hi!

For some reason, iTunes is not letting me back up my iPhone. It does not even let me click on the button "Back up now". I have the most recent iTunes update installed and my iPhone 7 is already running the iOS11.

I have tried in a different computer and it did work, the option appeared just normally and I was able to click on "Back up now".
I restored my iPhone but that did not solve the problem in my MacBook (in my iTunes).

Help please!
