Mail does not show searches and smart folders d...

Hello everyone!

I have migrated my MacBook Pro from Lion to Sierra.

I am noticing that my Mail does not show all searches results while they exist within Mail

I did this commend form Terminal which made worst things....

sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.security.appsandbox UnrestrictSpotlightContainerScope -bool true

Now, also my smart folders show just few mails rather than all the emails should be shown.

Any help please?
