Screen problem. Horizontal rainbow colors.

I'm using a Macbook  Retina 2016. I just finished editing some photos with may photoshop CS4 (old school). After I exit CS4, my screen turned into crazy horizontal colors than rendered it useless. When I force restarted, it all goes smoothly up to the point where I needed to input my password to my account. After I did, the screen turns into the same horizontal colors. So I restarted and was able to open the macOS utilities, whose screen is working well btw, and tried to restore my macbook's factory settings. But whenever I finish reinstalling the macOs (El Capitan), and it has restarted, the screen with the apple logo turns into just gray and white lines and then back to the colored horizontals. Is this a hardware or software problem? And what can I do about my screen?
