MAC running poor per Etrecheck

I ran Etrecheck on my 4 year old MAC and it says "Performance: Poor."

How do I use the report to obtain better performance?

Start by completely removing CleanMyMac. It's complete garbage. It may have already done irreparable damage to the OS. Make sure you have a good back up. You may need to wipe the drive and reinstall macOS.

So I kinda had to reinstall it to be able to use its "uninstaller." Then I re-ran Etrecheck and I guess is is better (Below average has to be better than poor) Any other suggestions? (and thanks, too)
