Help! My iPod Touch 5 is disabled

Soooo my idiotic brother had decided to make a lot of attempted failures to enter my password-protected iPod Touch (5th gen) and ended up disabling it.

Plans of murder aside, I tried holding down the power and home button to do a recovery (while connecting to my iTunes) but failed. My iTunes is unable to find the device but the USB cable is fine. I've also went onto iCloud to erase the data of my iPod Touch but it turns out that its WiFi isn't even switched on (most likely my brother switched it off for I have never turn it off).

It'll be great if someone has a solution for my iPod. Thanks!
