i cannot make a purchase through the clash roya...

I attempted to buy gems from clash Royale which I do all the time;however, on this occasion after I hit accept to make the payment, everything grayed out and it prompts me to wait saying transaction pending. It’s been pending for 2 weeks now and I can’t make any purchases. I checked my iTunes account as well as bank account and nothing is wrong.
