USB Mouse and Keyboard causing Mac to mess up

So I've been using a mechanical USB keyboard and gaming mouse on my MacBook for some time now but all of the sudden today my keyboard plugged in the MacBook is not responding and not typing out anything except when I press the "m" button is registers it as a space and disables my left click function on my USB mouse and even my trackpad. I don't know where this problem has come from considering I have been using this setup for a while with no issues. I have already tried to reset the PRAM but that did not help. What do I do?
