Will apple tke New ipad

I would like to know will Apple take trade in to buy new ipad. I have Ipad Air - A1475 32Gb -2013 model.

my income is fixed , so is why I'm asking. The screen has been replaced , but the touch has not been working , so some letters are skipped, I cannot erase messages or delete on home screen icons, I can't even on youtube turn on pause button. .  I have had it repaired 2 x but it wasn't by Apple. They put the manual setting icon on my iPad so I can go from one screen to another.  I have not had a warranty on it (what started this whole problem was i had taken ipad to Best Buy as i returned a case that would not fit it ..the girl there Forced my ipad into it and cracked my screen!- i complained but they would not send it to Apple for repairs and tried to sell me another for $299.00 out of my pocket! )

No ,  I refused to buy it, was not what should of been offered To me.  I did not have money at time to go to Apple nd buy new one.  

Are the refurbished worth trying??  Or just do new ,??  Or  do trade in , if they will do it??? 

Im older but quite technically ,for my age , adapt to texting and do lots of research on my ipad.

I always buy Apple refurbished - they come with a warranty and look like they're new. But only buy it from Apple - that is the only way to get an Apple warranty.

And no, Apple only partners with a company that will offer you very little to recycle your device. If it needs repair, you may not be able to sell it yourself, so you can see what this company will give you and if you would be happy with that.
