How to move mail directly to Junk mail ?

It is iCloud email 

Try setting up a rule in Mail:

Mail->Preferences->Rules

With iCloud email it's better to set the Rule up on the iCloud website. Go to the Mail page there, click the cogwheel icon at bottom left, and choose 'Rules'. You can select 'Move to folder' and then use the next menu to specify 'Junk'.
