Where can I find MacOS Sierra to reinstall?

Ok, I upgraded my mid 2011 27” iMac from Sierra 10.12 to High Sierra 10.13 and the IMAP email sever lost the ability to delete emails.  So I went to reinstall Sierra 10.12 and it’s no longer available in my purchases.  So I was able to download El Capitan 10.11 from my purchases, created a bootable thumbdrive and restored to osX El Capitan 10.11. Where can I find MacOS Sierra 10.12

Where you looked before - in your purchases list. But you will probably find that you will have to stick with El Capitan.
