No audio

On my MacBook Pro 15" 2016, the spacebar on the keyboard doesn't produce any click, or click-feeling when it is pressed. It feels like someone left some syrup or putty under it (no, haven't spilled anything). It's hard to tell if it registered a keydown or not (unless you're looking at the screen to see if there's a space or not). Sometimes there is no space and sometimes there is.

Bottom line, It doesn't feel right. Is there anything I can do, or do I have to leave it at an Apple Store and wait (having no computer to work with)?
