National Park achievement not restored

On the National Park challenge day I earned the badge and It was correctly shown on the top of the Activity app, in the achievements sections.

Today I had to reset-restore my iPhone, then I:

1. Backup the iPhone to iCloud ('last backup' date correctly shown)

2. Reset the iPhone

3. Restored everything

Everything seems to be ok and all my activity data are there, but NO National Park achievement.

I tried to restart Apple Watch (It's a new Series 3 with latest Watch Os [15R610] on iOS 11 [15A421]) but didn't help.

Some hint??
