uploading to iCloud music library very very slow

Hi Everyone!

I have 2 questions:

I just noticed that apple increased the capacity of iCloud/apple music to 100,000 songs, which is great for me and many others since I have about 50K songs.  I began uploading to icloud music library and it's already taken about 2 days just to upload 700 of 40,000. 

1) Is this the normal rate of speed?  My internet connection is great.

2) if i were to stop the upload (i.e., I may need to restart my computer over the next 100 days), will upload continue from where it left off, or will it erase it completely?

On another issue, every since the newest version of iTunes has released and was installed, my iTunes has been very slow (I've gotten the apple wheel just about every other click).  Everything still works, just super slow.  Not sure if this is related. 

Anyone else have any similar issues?  Thanks!!

what I notices that the upload speed rate was fast for the first 400 songs. however I suspected that it started to slow down when I tried to update my Icloud playlist in another device in the same time.
