Stuck on "Connecting..." message when I try to ...

So if I click the Play icon on any Apple Music generated playlist (like the New Music Mix in For You, or any playlist in Browse), I only see a 'Connecting..." message and the playlist never plays.  But if I click to go inside the playlist and see the list of songs, I can easily start playing any song by double clicking it and then all songs will eventually play.  Apple Music works fine otherwise.

It's only a problem when I try to start a playlist from the top level image representing the playlist, like on the top level page of 'For You'.

Any ideas?
