Apple Health "Stand" Time
I like that Apple Health encourages you to stand or move around at least one minute per hour; but I find that keeping track of this is only marginally useful. I'd rather keep track of TOTAL stand time (I work a desk job), not just how many hours in a day I moved around for one minute. Is there a way to keep track of total hours stood either using the Apple Health app or another app? I haven't seen anything; but I'm new to the Apple ecosystem.
I'm using an 8+ and a Series 3 watch.
