How to retrieve partial loss of Music Library d...

When I upgraded to iPhone 6, a couple of years ago, not all my music transferred over. Unfortunately i had not Synced it to my PC.

I've called Apple a couple of times to ask for help. I figure they have a record of what I've purchased and can help retrieve it.

Anyone had this issue before?
