I received an email for a  3 year subscription of a Virtual Trainer Pro: Exercise Workout Fitness in the amount of $399.99.  I did not order this product. Please cancel this order and any future orders associated with this product.

I tried to go to your site to use your cancellation form but was not successful.

It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond to, or otherwise act on the email.

If you received an email about this purchase and you did not order it, it was likely a scam. See: "I got an email saying I bought something from the iTunes Store, but I didn't!"

You are not talking to Apple here, just other users, but if you go to Apple's site at https://reportaproblem.apple.com, the charge would show up there if it is real, and you can request a refund using that page.
