mackbook pro 2017 cracking sound

Brand new Macbook Pro 2017, top spec, producing a cracking noise from the centre. Sometimes it gets worse when using the trackpad, and appears randomly, but consistently after about 5-15 mins of usage.

This laptop has already been twice at an apple certified service agent (iStyle hungary)

First they changed the display, second the top case, now they want to change the motherboard, but I have mixed feelings about this. They say I am the first at iStyle to experience this problem, but the internet is full of people experiencing this issue. And this manufacturing / design flaw has already been present in the first 2016 touchbar edition.

They say they can't reproduce the problem, because the way they need to test all issues is to run a test program, which does detect the issue (surprise!)
They are also saying they can't send videos to apple, and that they don't know what the issue is, they are trying to swap things randomly.

I paid for this very expensive laptop 1.5 month ago, and I am still unable to move on to this laptop for my work, because I keep having to bring it to the service, (and back up, and use again my old machine, which I am still very lucky to have..)

This is very frustrating, is this really what Apple have become? They also say they can't swap it to a new machine, "because this is Hungary" (I think they meant to say: "sorry, we can't swap it, because we're iStyle, and we don't give a **** about our customers). This is getting ridiculous...

Anyone else have experienced a similar issue?
