iphone 6 icloud

I'm on a iPhone 6 and my icloud works perfectly fine on here to log on but when my phone asks for icloud I fill in everything correctly and enter it, it loads up but wont have my icloud information set, where you type in your icloud and password is still blank in other words it wont let me log into it. I don't know how to fix this it keeps asking me for the password and I'm not sure what to do and I don't want to lose contacts or notes I have theyre important I don't know how to fix this.

( I go into settings click on icloud and that's where you type in the info I type it in and it loads and its correct but it doesn't even log in or give me a sign that its wrong it just stays there as if I'm still typing.
