iTunes Radio Not Working (MacBook 2017)

I have a a new MacBook 2017 (with the touch bar) and I can't seem to play any iTunes radio music. At first I thought it was my school's wifi that was blocking it, but I'm able to play the music on my phone which is connected to the same internet as my mac, so that's not the problem. I also have the latest version of iTunes so that shouldn't be a problem.

Whenever I click on a station it flashes the loading bar and then just stops and doesn't play anything.
