Help deleting cookies using Safari 10.1.2
I have tried to delete the cookies in Safari 10.1.2 and they return in about 15 seconds. I have tried the "Privacy" "Remove All" and it is not working for me. ANY help/suggestions is appreciated. I am using Sierra Version 10.12.6, Thank you for your help.
