apps not visible on home screens in itunes ver&...

After updating to itunes ver. 12.6.2.20, several apps in each of the the home screens are missing when my iphone 7 is connected. Also two of the four locked apps at the bottom are not visible.

What's up?

Because Apple is messing again with the iTunes fonts that's why, took an entire year for them to fix this font issue, an ENTIRE YEAR, on April 2017 everything was perfect however with iTunes 12.6.2 we are going backwards again....

Well i think all the affected ones need to report it.

I assumed you are having the same issue like me, but perhaps i'm wrong.

My problem is when I click on my iPhone in iTunes, and then click on the Apps tab. The home screens page pops up, and all of the apps icons are not visible on each of my home screens. So I cannot rearrange them as your supposed to be able to do.

Apple: Is there a fix coming for this???

I am experiencing the same problem when I updated to ITunes 12.6.2.20.

I've been talking to Apple. We're not alone with this issue. The Apple engineers are working on a fix.

I just talked to the Apple Senior Advisor who is working on my case and told her about you. She suggested that you call 1-800-MYAPPLE and ask for a Senior Advisor to report your problem, too. (I assume you haven't done that yet.)

She says there have been a lot of folks with this issue, and the engineers want to get data from each of us to help them get a fix for this iTunes problem.

Per your request I also contacted a Senior Advisor. We did a screen share and he was able to verify what we have been observing. He created an incident report and is forwarding the info to the software support team.

Great. The more of us, the better. It'll hopefully help the engineers isolate the problem and find a fix.

Today i restored my iphone and yep i'm having the same issue.

Quick fix? change Windows resolution to the default one.

Apparently the Apple developers only test the iTunes software for Windows only at the standard resolution...sigh.

Did finally change the resolution and the problem went away. Thanks for the work around.
