Weird icon in dock.

i turned off dock suggestions and app suggestions but this icon keeps showing up in top right of this app and I’m like it’s really Itritating. it looks like a clock on the top right of a app that shows up in the right side of the dock

Sounds like an update for that app hasn't finished yet or got stuck. If no important data are saved by this app, you can delete it and download it again.
