I have paid for an app but the app does not work properly or it's very slow, it freezes all the time, crushes at same time. I would like to get an refund please.

Have you tried deleting and redownloading the app, and contacted its developer ? If you have try contacting iTunes Support : https://reportaproblem.apple.com
