Stranger ‘Garry’s iPad’ In my...

Hello, I am just wondering why there is a device named Garry in my contacts only airdrop list, I have turned off airdrop to everyone and tried to see if it would go away by turning off wi-fi and bluetooth but ’Garry’s iPad’ is still there. Everywere I go the name comes up, Home, School, anywhere. I’m kinda freaked out. Please help.
