folders on (windows) network re setting and not...
We have a newer iMac (Sierra 10.12.6) and are connected to a windows server. Our I.T. department put a lot of network software on to make sure the network won't get a virus from the Mac (I know...).
When using folders on the network drive in the finder, it will sometimes go back to the root folder and only show half the contents of the folder. Eventually it might come back or we have to re-start to get them again.
Also when Importing pdf's into Illustrator, they talk almost a half an hour to come in. we ended up copying files to a desktop folder first then importing from there and they come right in.
Is there anything we can do in the system settings to get this to stop?
any help would be appreciated
