Cannot check order status online

Created my apple ID on Aug 28

Purchased Ipad Pro 10.5 on Aug 28 (online)

(Different Shipping and Billing Information)

I can log in to my account using my Apple ID but CANNOT view or track my order status online.

"We're sorry. Something went wrong with your request. Please try again later".

Should I be worried or just wait patiently till the product arrives?
