change the name of the ringtone

Hi everybody! There is a question on the new version of iTunes. For example, I need to change the name of the ringtone. I go to iTunes, find my iPhone, go to the "Tones" folder, change the information about the ringtone file, click OK. In iTunes, the name of the file has changed, but the name does not change on the iPhone! What to do, friends? Help me!
