STREAM folder does not appear on MacBook Pro!

I have a problem with my MacBook Pro 2Ghz intel core i5 running Sierra.

When connecting my Canon HG21 camcorder, the folder (called STREAM) that contains all my recorded videos, does not appear on my computer. The camera itself shows up fine on my desktop. Just NOT the folder containing my video material. But when I connect my camera to my old MacBook, all my videos appear on the computer. What seems to be the problem?
