Apple music for iPod shuffle

Is it possible for me to put my Apple Music library onto my iPod shuffle? When I try to it tells me that I need to have iCloud Music Library turned on but I can't find out how to turn it on.

No. iCloud Music Library requires an Internet connection which the iPod shuffle cannot attain. Apple Music can only be used with an Apple TV, iTunes (on PC or Mac), iPhone or iPad. The only iPod that can use it is the iPod touch.
