Hi,

On my new mac, all of the sudden the left shift key doesn't seem to work, and it would need a forced pressing for it to function. I have never dropped this device in the past, but simply folding the mac, before finding out once opening that the left shift key is broken. Is there a way to fix this? Or is this some sort of manufacturing error.
