Beats Solo3 Audio Skipping in Windows

I recently purchased a mid-2017 27" iMac and received a free pair of Beats Solo 3 Headphones as part of Apple's promotional deal. I didn't really plan on using the Beats very much but have been very pleased with them. I pair them with my phone and use them at the gym or out running. I listen to music from my iMac when it's booted into OSX with no problems.

However, I recently installed Windows 10 via Bootcamp for some gaming. The headphones are essentially not usable in Windows it seems. The audio stutters every 3-5 seconds. This happens with any form of audio while booted into Windows that I have tried: game audio, video, music, etc. The built-in speakers on the iMac have no such stuttering issues. The headphones work flawlessly when the iMac is booted into OSX or when connected to any other device that I have tried.

I fear it is a Windows bluetooth problem, but I can't seem to fix it. My keyboard and trackpad are bluetooth and haven't given me any problems that I'm acutely aware of in Windows. I have tried to enable an option called "Bluetooth collaboration" for the WiFi adapter as many people have suggested there may be interference (even though I'm not using WiFi). I have also disabled the WiFi adapter completely. I'm looking for suggestions. Please help!
