What if I restart the ipad air 2 while download...

While updating my ipad Air2, to iOS 11, it is partially downloaded but the iBooks app stopped responding so I have to restart iPad. So, will it start downloading from where it was left, or i have to startover the downloading process? And what if I change wi-fi or change the SIM card.
