iTunes Store on iPhone

I have two problems 1) I bought a music video and I deleted it from my phone for more space but instead of an iCloud by it in the store on my iPhone it says $1..99 

2) I bought a  Florida Georgia Line cd with bonus videos I also deleted those for the same reason when I  search them on my phone it says  album only and some say $1.99 so if and when I want them back on my phone what do I do??

Open the iTunes app on your device and click on the three dots in the bottom right-hand corner (More), then click on Purchased>Music>Not on this Phone to see if you can see the deleted music there and re-download it.
